Unopened and/or unworn nails can be returned to us for a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for processing your return. For health and safety reasons, worn nails cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Yes. All of our cosmetic products are vegan and cruelty-free. We also do not use parabens or sulfates, and every product is compliant with FDA and EU guidelines. Wherever possible, we also use recycled materials for packaging. 

Unless otherwise noted, our products are made from high-quality builders' gel. We find that this gives the nail high durability without being so stiff that it cracks under the pressure of wear.

Great question! We would love to! As a new brand, we must grow at a pace that allows us to continue providing customers with high-quality goods AND service. To do this, we are gradually introducing new products. If you have a product suggestion for us to carry, please email us at admin@prettydaisey.com.

We would love to produce our own cosmetic products, but at this time, we are not large enough to do so. We have decided to partner with a cosmetics manufacturer that produces vegan, cruelty-free cosmetics, is ISO-certified, and complies with both FDA and EU requirements. They also use recycled materials in their packaging and do not use parabens or sulfates. As we grow, we look forward to working closely with manufacturers to develop new formulas.

We do not work with wholesalers for any of our cosmetic products. All of our cosmetics are sourced directly from the manufacturer.

We are proud to say that all of our nails are handmade, not machine-made. We use a combination of craftspeople based on overall volume needs. Those include our primary creative designer, professional licensed nail technicians, and beauty school students who are studying to become professional nail technicians. 

Being FDA-compliant means they are certified by the FDA and adhere to all of its regulations for manufacturers. Being EU-compliant means they consistently follow EU guidelines and procedures. For our customers, this ensures that claims about our products are verified and trustworthy. 

Cosmetic orders typically ship from Arkansas within 2-3 business days. Our nails are made to order. For this reason, nail orders ship from Arkansas within 5 - 10 business days. We will notify you via email when your order is on its way. 

Yes, we ship outside the US on a limited basis. Currently, we ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, and the UK.

We highly encourage our customers to be involved with organizations and causes they are passionate about, just like we are. There are many great organizations out there that need support. At this time, we are only focusing on our stated non-profit partners.

At this time we do not offer gift cards but we hope to in the near future.
